Louise Hedberg
External Board Member
Louise Hedberg is the founder of Penny to Pound AB where she acts as an independent senior advisor to institutional investors and corporations on topics related to strategic sustainable investments and sustainable enterprising.
Until June 2018, Louise was the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Governance and a senior member of the investment team at East Capital. At East Capital she was responsible for developing and executing East Capital’s ESG approach, including developing a proprietary ESG Scorecard which was used to integrate ESG analysis in the investment processes. Louise has also held several positions as Head of Investor Relations and Communications and started her career as a financial communication consultant at JKL Group in Stockholm.
Currently, Louise serves as a board member and member of the remuneration and sustainability committees of Storskogen Group AB (publ) and board member of East Capital SICAV (Lux), East Capital (Lux) General Partner S.à r.l. and Espiria SICAV (Lux) as well as SEB Investment Management AB, P Capital Partners AB and RCO Group. Louise holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and has completed studies in Sustainable Development and Sustainable Enterprising at Stockholm University/Stockholm Resilience Centre
