Arūnas joined East Capital in 2018 and is the Country Manager of East Capital Real Estate AS, the management company of East Capital’s Baltic real estate funds.

He was previously head of asset management for SEB distressed assets portfolio in Lithuania and Latvia as part of Baltic Property Trust team. Arūnas has more than 15 years of experience in real estate acquisition, valuation and asset management for institutional clients.
