Maris joined East Capital in 2007 and is the Country Manager of East Capital Real Estate AS, the management company of East Capital’s Baltic real estate funds.

He was previously the Latvian Country Manager of AVEC Asset Management, East Capital’s joint venture with Arco Real Estate. Maris has more than 13 years of experience in real estate previously working as a senior consultant in Arco Real Estate specializing in commercial real estate.

Maris holds BSc in Business Administration from University of Latvia. He speaks Latvian, English and Russian.
